5K Training - Week 1

Here's the schedule:

Monday: Abs and arms from Tone It Up
Tuesday: 25 min run/walk (probably on the Elliptical)
Wednesday: Yoga 30 minutes
Thursday: 25 minute run/walk (try outside)
Friday:  Booty workout from Tone It Up
Saturday: Run/walk 2K
Sunday: Rest day (maybe some yoga)
