the Long Weekend post















Just in case you thought I was missing in action last weekend!

We had a wonderful time at my parents' place in BC. I got in some good kayaking time and a hike and lots of visiting and relaxing.

A rather perfect long weekend! Hope yours was the same...

    I'm glad to see most ppl wearing a life jacket while in the water. That should be mandatory for everyone w/all these boating accidents around here.
    What a lovely outdoorsy time you all had.

    we actually always wear one! Small disclaimer... except the one night, we tootled around the marina and shore and Dad and I weren't wearing ours. We should have been, the water is cold and pulling a waterlogged kayak to shore is no fun!
