Pathfinders and Rangers

For the past 5 years I've been leading a unit (or two) of Girl Guides. I love the camping and crafts and fun that this organization provides. I also get a real kick out of the girls. When I first started, the Superstar was a little Spark and just 6 years old. I've moved up the levels as she has from Sparks to Brownies, and then Guides and now onto Pathfinders. I have to say that I really enjoy these teenagers. They're a funny and silly bunch.

I'm looking forward to adventures and memories. I hope they are too!

  1. That's amazing!! I work for a youth non profit, The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, and we have lots of crossover with Pathfinders and Rangers. They are a great bunch.

  2. I was a Girl Scout leader for 13 years when my DD went through the program. I don't like camping stuff, but other mom's did so they took care of that part.

Crafts? I was the go to gal! Cookie sale? Yup, right there!
